Step 2: Group Exercises
You will take part in two different group exercises.
The group exercise in an airline selection assesses soft skills such as teamwork, communication, and decision-making. Candidates must listen actively, contribute constructively, and remain respectful. Airlines value professionalism, emotional intelligence, and the ability to work under pressure. It’s not about finding the right answer but demonstrating the right attitude. A pilot must be a team player, adaptable, and composed in all situations.

Phase 3: HR interview
The HR part focuses on motivation, personality, and cultural fit within the airline. Candidates should demonstrate professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle different situations with composure. Clear, structured answers with real-life examples are highly valued.

Phase 4: Technical interview
The Technical part, led by an experienced airline pilot, tests knowledge on ATPL subjects like aircraft performance, flight planning, aerodynamics, and regulations. Candidates must justified answers based on regulations, knowledge and procedures.

This session is primarily designed to provide you with an opportunity to practice at technical interview. It is not intended as an introductory course for those unfamiliar with ATPL principles and subjects.
