To tailor the training to your needs, we kindly ask you to share your personal goals, the exercises you would like to focus on, and, if applicable, the airline you are preparing for in the context of an assessment

Step 2: Simulator Session - FTD/FFS
Experience a unique training opportunity on a FFS/FTD Simulator — the closest environment to real airline operations. This session allows you to sharpen your skills in a highly professional setting, identical to the conditions encountered in the cockpit. It is an exceptional chance to practice, refine your techniques, and gain confidence in a simulator used by airlines worldwide for their own pilot training and checks.

Phase 3: Debriefing
The debriefing stage is a key part of your training, designed to maximize learning and long-term progress. Together with your airline professional pilot, you will review your performance with a strong focus on the ICAO pilot key competencies. This structured debriefing also integrates the EASA KSA100 framework, assessing your knowledge, skills, and attitudes. By combining these two approaches, you receive a comprehensive evaluation that highlights your strengths, identifies areas for improvement, and provides clear guidance for your future development.
