Phase 1: HR interview The HR part focuses on motivation, personality, and cultural fit within the airline. Candidates should demonstrate professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle different situations with composure. Clear, structured answers with real-life examples are highly valued. • Focus on your strengths & weaknesses • Work on your body language • Improve your communication skills Duration: 60 minutes Phase 2: Technical interview The Technical part, led by an experienced airline pilot, tests knowledge on ATPL subjects like aircraft performance, flight planning, aerodynamics, and regulations. Candidates must justified answers based on regulations, knowledge and procedures. • Develop expertise in explaining ATPL topics • This session is primarily designed to provide you with an opportunity to practice at technical interview. It is not intended as an introductory course for those unfamiliar with ATPL principles and subjects. Duration: 60 minutes
